Did any of the participants figure out they could change the palm frond without you telling them? That is the test ;0)

Not that I noticed. Some of them did fess up that they were trying to figure out how to get rid of the palm--which means they noticed that it wouldn't work as is. One woman did ask about how else it could be used. But no one tried on their own. However all the woman were fast and the arrangements came out pretty nice. It's fun to see how many different styles come from the same materials.

We don't celebrate st Patricks day here but we have a long weekend so I hope I can have lots of activities with the children.
I couldn't make a flower arrangement in my life. I'm not the best with my hands.

It sounds to me, however, like you are much better at taking care of children than I am :)
