My Main Character as Seen in a 1905 Saturday Evening Post

Today I was valuing a stack of Saturday Evening Posts from the early 1900's when I came across this cover. The main character in my WIP is the daughter of an antique dealer. I suspect if she could, she'd step back in time and be this cover-girl.

It really is. And it's exactly what I needed as a reminder to let Anie be who she is, which is definately not a mainstream seventeen-year-old.

Wow, that's a FABULOUS cover. Could inspire all sorts of things! How neat that you found your character in it! Probably a good sign that you're totally absorbed in your writing at the moment, too!
