Actually, that's not Panic, if I can recall correctly.

There's a story like that in the My Chemical Romance fandom, though - I'm pretty sure it's Mikey/Ray. I don't have a link, but maybe that can help a little bit.

(And if it turns out it is a Panic story, then I apologize.)
