Looking for a (I think) deleted fic

So, there's this one fic that I unfortunately can't remember the name of, or the author, but I LOVED it and wanted to reread it. The reason I think it's deleted is that I was combing through my history on A03, and I couldn't find it, but in my history it had one space that said "deleted fic" so I'm assuming it's that one. I'll give a brief summary

Hey, it's called Drinking the sea and then laughing loudly - lalejandra. It looks like lalejandra has recently purged their ao3 and lj accounts - luckily there is access to their fics via zip file at the link below:

Thank you SO MUCH. This helps a ton, the fic is on there! I really appreciate it.

This may be a stupid question, and you may not know the answer but--the files on the zip are .html. As long as I have the zip file downloaded, I should always be able to accses those .html files, right?
