Looking for multibandom fic where Gerard becomes Frank's roommate

Hi, I'd be grateful if anyone knows this story. Gerard's mom is making him move out of her basement. Mikey works for Frank and basically talks him into allowing Gerard to be his new tenant by saying that they're compatible according to Frank's list --"does not hog bathroom." "Likes rock music." "Likes loud rock music." Gerard works as an artist.

Thank you very much! Yes, parts of it were really funny (like the list of what Frank wants in a roommate), and it gives a good sense of Gerard as a working artist, and I think the characters are pretty developed. I like stories that focus on AU workplaces -- from the "very plausible" ones like this, where Gerard is an artist, to the further-out ones. I particularly liked one where Brendon, Ryan, and Spencer were detectives who had telepathy, and Gerard was their boss (ditto), and Jon was their psychiatrist... Another "psychic abilities" one was gripping but disturbing, by Arsenic Jade (aka author of the Wednesday Night Boys series) -- called The Mind's Eye (or something similar -- I don't have access to my memories lists right now). Anyway, thanks again!
