so guess what? the seller of the house not only accepted out first offer, but decided to go ahead and replace the heat/air unit for that same offered price. originally we were going to pay someone to inspect it, since they don't look at it thoroughly in the regular inspection, and the seller agreed to pay any repairs on the house deemed necessary ( Read more... )
