This one mw site I saw, they would hate me as a client. I love dairy... I can't stand any raw vegetables excepting the occasional raw roma tomato... well, I'm just plain picky on top of that. The thing is, I know I eat well, given my pickiness and my food aversions... but I don't think a lot of these sources would agree.
This is pretty much my philosophy. Hell, I'll be 20 weeks tomorrow, and I still have some major food aversions. They'll probably stick around until November.
And also don't forget that horrible "What to Eat When You're Expecting", which basically says that if you consume a single item with refined sugar in it during the entire 9 months your baby will be born with 2 heads. *eyeroll*
I'm with you on whatever doesn't make me sick! I usually just go with whatever I'm craving, which has been bacon for the last week lol. I figure baby bump is telling me to eat more fat :)
