You wanna know something that sucks about living with your family when you're an adult?  That you can't do stuff that you thought you could do without unwelcome parental scrutiny.

Currently, my Mum, my brother and I are all sharing a house.  It's a temporary thing, we've spent the last several years all living alone, but recent issues with leases

Just so you know? On the mom judging front? If you both live that long, it'll be the same way when you're 60 and she's 80 (adjust ages as appropriate).

Oh, I know - she'd never change, and I'd never want her to :) That's just her, we've been clashing over stuff like this for years, we're never going to see eye to eye when it comes to Stuff or the lack thereof. The situation is just more evident now that we're under the same roof!

Aw, thanks Tech! ZOMG, my mother *eyeroll*. She's completely mental, but I love her anyway.
I need to do a catch-up on my fic reading too, thank god for the bau_inbox comm or I'd never be able to track it all down!
