As benevolent dictator, I shall mandate all males to maintain at least a moustache, though preferably a full beard, in the style of their choosing. I feel hats ought to be encouraged, also.

It's true enough - at the last gig, the faculty of the Comp.Sci. department did sport many fine examples of facial fur, ranging from the carefully trimmed (though sadly not in Roger Delgado style) to the full-on Santa Claus. It was glorious to behold. ^_^
