I know. Not yet, and I selfishly wish they were being posted today since I go back to work tomorrow and then it's full throttle until next Tuesday night. But, so much fun! I miss new Duncan and Methos.
Just read that article about the H5-0 filming. I love how they make it sound like it's the vets's fault for being "unintentionally offended." We're not sorry for being offensive, or for offending you with our disrespect, but we're sorry you were offended.
I'm not surprised that H5O was filming on Pearl Harbor Day. It's off their radar. It must be off many peoples' radar, if they need to read a Wikipedia article to know what Pearl Harbor day is.
I know what you mean. Kind of ironic though since it's such a huge part of their canon. Also, since they film where it happened, it's not exactly like the day or the planned events were secret. They would have been a big deal and highly publicized. So really shouldn't have been off their radar.
Well if it wasn't off their radar, maybe they just didn't give a damn. Or they felt that they were more important than any memorial service, as killabeez' reading of the article they posted suggested. Some showbiz types think that the world revolves around them.
I think that's what has some people so pissed. I just feel badly for some of the 90+ year old vets who were there to show respect to their fellow soliders. Many of these people will not be able to come back.
Some people are talking about boycotting, but I hope not. They made a mistake, let them learn from it and move on.
