Thank you for helping me to believe that I am a cause worth fighting for, that my failings do not define or limit me, and that I am a being worthy of being loved.

Though I have never been to your church, I know just from my own experiences with you that they have been very blessed to have had the opportunity to call you their pastor.

FWIW, good luck with your new choice of career. Also, you've been a godsend (literally) in many ways in the lives of a lot of people without ever really realizing it. Both in terms of my life, and in terms of how much ministry by just sitting and talking to people can mean for others.
