This isn't unusual.

It's possible that it's imagined but it's likely it isn't. Thank you for joining this group.

It sounds like you are remembering something, even if it's not exactly what you dreamed. I've had dreams like that, that were completely real-feeling that WERE connected to past life memories, but like dreaming about things in this life, they don't always turn up the same in the dreams as they really are. For example: If I dream about my old High School, chances are it won't look the same in my dream as it really does in real life. However, that does not mean I really dreamed about something else.

Does this make sense?

Yes, frequently we do have difficult past life memories and we're not all fortunate enough to have friends that beleive in this sort of thing that we can talk to. That's what this community is for.

Do you have any questions>

I'm glad you were able to get that off your chest.

It makes perfect sense.

I have dozens of questions, but wording them isn't easy. It's just got me very confused. I'm tempted to convince myself it's all imagined because that, I think, would be easier to understand and wrap my mind around.

Ah, I know it seems like a lot, but just convincing yourself it's not real and simply ignoring it and not trying to understand and wrap your mind around it means you won't learn, and you won't take that step towards understanding.

You don't have to.

But it's sad to see people stick their heads in the sand.

It's alright. It can be scary, we know. But you'll be better for it.

Just the fact that you have these dreams is telling. You have something there.

Find it.

I want to find it. Desperately. But like you said, it is scary. I suppose, on top of everything, I'm just really not sure where to begin.

I get flashes like this too, but not as detailed or as exciting. The one that always cycles through my mind is me, lying on an old brown leather couch covered in threadbare blankets and pillows. The room is long and skinny, with brick walls. I think it's a coffeehouse. There's no air conditioning, and it's hotter than hell outside so I'm sweating like crazy, but I don't care because I'm sad about something, and I feel all alone.

I think I'm going to cry.

I think I know that one, don't I.

I think you're on the right track. :) I can still see the black steel beams across the high ceiling, and the way the light came in from the south window. I don't think anyone came in that summer.

I don't either.

You know I was there, you just didn't know it.

I feel really sorry though... like it was my fault you were buy yourself. I know it wasn't, we know who's fault that was. Still.. I'm sorry you were alone.

I didn't want you to be.
