I'm glad this computer (the family one) is working for me now because my own computer is suddenly incapacitated. The guess by me, the unhelpful Gateway guy who informed me I can't even get phone tech support since it's not under warranty anymore, and Matt at work (who's a certified computer tech), is that either the hard drive crashed/is crashing
