If you haven't found anyone to write with I am open to give it a go. Like you I am familiar with a lot of fandoms and less in others.

I have wrote in the following before:
Stargate SG-1, Harry Potter, Devil Wears Prada and a little Star Trek: TNG.

I am familiar with the above as well as Once Upon a Time, Rizzoli & Isles, X-Men, L&O SVU, Criminal Minds and I know there are a lot others I am forgetting.

Let me know if you want to try something.

I enjoy Buffy roleplaying online, especially on F a n f i c t i o n [ d o t ] n e t t t t t (misspelled deliberately) but I also am into Buffy roleplay or Angel the Series Roleplay ( ... )

Ok, I'll remember you, and if I get an idea of a fandom to roleplay in, I'll message you in LJ for a location to roleplay.
I got involved in Buffy late, about in 2005 or thereabouts, when I stumbled on it while looking around for something to watch for fun.
How about OUAT (Once Upon A Time), but why not include some of the guys as well (possibly as friends of theirs)?
Just a friendly suggestion for now, but that can be discussed later on.
