It was good, but I had to force myself to read it. I really can't stand first-person fics. Third-person is the way people usually write stories. That way you are reading about them, not about yourself in the story. And that makes me uncomfortable, reading myself in the fiction. You have them think it's about them the whole time, and then when you say the character's name, they are like wait... that isn't my name... But if you would rather stay this route, then go ahead and I wish you luck.
But you did good for a first timer. lol

Thanks for reading, even though it was a chore. ;) I know, first person is tough, and I just went with what I had jotted down all those years ago. If, and it's a big 'if', I ever try writing again, I would definitely go the third person route. Many thanks!

Agree about the first person verses third person issue, however it was still a good read. Especially as it is a non-updated first fic, released late.
