Wacky Promptathon
It's finally here! Your best chance to let loose your inner oddball and set the kind of challenge that would normally provoke a raised brow and questions of impending mental disorder. Whether you've a hankering to read about body swapping, fpreg or a flock of nuns, this is the promptathon for you.
You have between now and midnight GMT on Sunday to submit your prompts - all prompts will be screened and prompter's name removed before the big prompt post is posted (so no need to feel embarrassed about your deep seated desire to read about Sofia Curtis and Lindsay Boxer challenging each other to a swagger-a-thon).
All prompts will be posted to the giant prompt post as soon as the deadline has been reached, and from there you have a fortnight (two weeks) to weed out your favourites and let your inner maniac have free reign.
Prompts can be fandom specific or general, so long as they're a little on the odd side.
Example:
1. How do you solve a problem like Jo? - Mother Superior seeks out help to try to dissuade Jo, still a novice, from taking her final vows. Her 'research' takes her to Langley where she's given the names of Jo's best friends...Tootie, Natalie, and of course, Blair.
2. Catherine discovers that Sara has joined a convent in San Francisco. Determined to do everything within her power to change Sara's mind, Catherine takes a leave of absence and heads for California with Sofia in tow.
3. Your pairing, among others, are sent on a (interdepartmental) team building exercise to a dude ranch.
4. An Agatha Christie murder weekend turns in a) a real murder b) a farce or c) a competition between rival investigators.
