That whole series is fabulous front to back! Both the Just Between and Millennium series. That's worth carving out a couple months to go back and reread.

It's part of the "Just Between" series by G.L.Dartt at her Novel Expectations page. I think that particular story is in the third season. Don't remember the name of it, but it might be, Just Between Lost and Found. Regardless, the link to the site is http://users.eastlink.ca/~ginadartt/
