A lot of players and games are discussing their futures right now, and we'd like to discuss it, too. We'd like to stress that every option is a possibility right now, and we want to hear from all of you. No doors are closed

I'd much prefer to stay put and let Livejournal work out the kinks in the new comment system, or simply enable the S2 comments to look like the old comment system. I really, really don't like Dreamwidth, and I doubt most people would agree to go to Insanejournal instead.
Just a note, we have enabled the S2 comments but ours seem to not be working for unknown reasons. I need to submit a service ticket for this, I've just been busy with holiday things.
I wish, but I've seen this layout being used elsewhere on other comms since I got on recommendation from comms that have made things more efficient. The problem started back when LJ had the glitch that made some custom comment pages turn off, and for some reason our problem never got fixed. ): It's just a glitch that's yet to be fixed.
I'll go wherever OPN goes to be honest. I love this game and the people in it. It's not about the medium we're using so if we stay, it's cool. If we move? That's cool too. /channels her muse forever.
I don't have the slightest clue how to use Dreamwidth and I can't figure out this talk about 'invite codes' and 'importing' and all of that. Plus, to have to rebuild Zack and Ratchet's accounts from scratch is going to take a lot of time and effort - time I don't have IRL if this job stays.
Dreamwidth is a lot like livejournal. It's the same base coding. Invite codes, once they come back, are to limit the spam on that blogging community.
Importing is exactly like it sounds though. DW has the option that if you want to keep your journal entries, have your icons and what have you, you give your journal and password and after you go through a queue, all your stuff is copied onto DW so you have it there as well as on LJ. /hopes that makes sense. @_@
I believe important journals is free? It's importing communities that from what I'm hearing right now you have to have a paid account for.
Invite codes, when they come up, will have their own menu option somewhere whenever you log in to the main page, IIRC. It's been awhile for me since I've been on dreamwidth though. So, some of my info might be out dated. @_@
