haha :D yes it's the same in Australia, but sort of only when we are expected to win eg. medal type events... silver is considered as a major fail especially in swimming races lol
I'm glad you guys got through. Oz played like sh*te so the outcome wasn't unimaginable. I am NOT looking forward to going to work with English prats tomorrow.
Thank you :D I know they played badly, but before the match *everybody* was thinking they would win.
Ha ha. English people were rooting for France yesterday because they didn't want to be against the All Blacks. Today, however, that's another story. In France, we're going a bit crazy over the world cup atm (it reminds me of the football world cup in 98.) I guess you know what your "english prats" will be talking about tomorrow ;)

Everybody was sure France would loose (including me), so that's a very pleasant surprise.

hope you win the cup
I was pretty sure we would loose. I'll never doubt my team again, they can win!! ;)
NZ people are so mean with their team, ha ha! Aren't these guys allowed to loose once in a while?
Is it the same thing in Australia?

Will dangerously have my fingers crossed while I'm climbing tomorrow in the hope that France thrashes England!!!
It has been a bad week of "nah nah nah, sore loser" taunting.
