Using Photoshop 7

Tutorial 01
Crop your picture (from vm-caps.com)
Add a Curves layer
(Layer > New adjustment layer > Curves)

In the Curves grid, click the center of the curve to create a point
Channel RBG
Point 1 (input=17, output=0)
Point 2 (input=73, output=87)
Point 3 (input=143, output=206)

Channel Red

Add a Brightness/Contrast layer
(Layer > New adjustment layer > Brightness/Contrast)
Brightness=0
Contrast=+10
Add a Color Balance layer
(Layer > New adjustment layer > Color Balance)
Color Levels=0;0;-10
(Enhance the yellow)
Fill a layer with #011634 and set it to exclusionTutorial 02

Fill a layer with #011634 and set it to exclusion
Add a Hue/Saturation
(Layer > New adjustment layer > Hue/Saturation)
Hue=0
Saturation=+15
Lightness=0And you're done ! Hope it was helpful.
Note that depending on your base you have to change the values of the adjustement layers (particularly the Curves layer), each picture is different.
If you're not used to Curves layers it may be confusing at first, but practice, play around, and you'll get it ;-)
