The author's original title (as you may know, writer's don't get to choose their titles, just suggest) was "The little drawings that changed to world". With the emphasis on 'little'. As in, how could such trivial things lead to such a big result.

The book might be fine; I don't know. But the irony is killer.

It really pissed me off. There was a picture of one of the protests, and there was a man holding a sign saying "No one has the right to make fun of Islam". I was like, "The fuck we don't! Y'all can do whatever you like in your country, but here we make fun of everything we damn well please. It may be rude or in bad taste, but people can still do it."

And they only killed other Muslims - how stupid is that? Apparently this was a contrived controversy for internal political purposes. Yet, the Ivy League is convinced if they fart wrong, Hajis die.

I think they just need to take up Soccer - like South America. That way, every time they feel the urge to start screaming "Yalalalalala" in the streets, they can do it over a winning game, or a bad ref call, or something else that doesn't involve bothering the whole damn world about.
