Using the recipe in my dad's cookbook (cheap at twice the price, get yours today!), I made a couple of gallons of spaghetti sauce from scratch this weekend.
I was going to ask you to post the recipe, until I looked and saw you didn't mean "the cookbook my dad owned when I was kid", but "the cookbook my dad wrote and sells". Probably not a lot of vegetarian recipes in it, I would guess.
