Salsa and Chicken Pillows

In which Pasithee makes another attempt at building food.

Tonight I had success with two items: Salsa and Chicken Pillows.

Once again I have corralled the Notes to Myself in one tidy place.

Adventures in cooking! Always fun. I've discovered that, eventually, if you're cooking enough, you'll be able to figure out when any proportion is off, and fix it accordingly. This may lead to some ginormous batches, though.

And what is a chicken pillow?

One day that may happen. I am definitely NOT there yet.

A chicken pillow is a crescent roll stuffed with a chicken, mushroom and celery mixture, then baked. Very good. Come visit me and I'll prove it!
