The kids costumes are done! Yippee! Now I hope to actually post pictures on Thursday or Friday. I might even post pictures from last year too. Since I never got around to it last time, I've got to do it this year. Right ( Read more... )

Glad to hear you've gotten into knitting on circs. Love em. DPNs are good, too, but I lose stitches on them way more often than on circs.

Can you post a pic of Ella's Teddy Bear? I dont' think I've seen it!

Haven't really used the circs for knitting in the round yet. But I LOVE knitting on the dpns which completely surprises me. (Because
I'm totally uncoordinated.) I have plastic needles from Twist and they grip the yarn fabulously. Might give them a shot. May be that I just knitted uber tightly too. I was freaking worried about dropping stitches.

I'll try to get a pick of the homely bear for you. ;)

I love Pushing Daisies, too. I'm still watching House and the two decent CSIs. I'm also into NCIS and Criminal Minds, though CM might get cut, as Mandy isn't on it anymore.

Such a good show! used to love watching the original CSI put we've run out of time and Thursdays have way too much programming as it is. ;)

Say Happy B-day to Rich for me. Definitely post the pics if you have time. What are they going to be this year? Erin and Moira are going trick-or-treating for the first time tonight (I've been a bad mom!). They're going to be witches. I'm really excited, so I hope it goes well.

I wanted to watch "Pushing Daisies" but I never found the time. In fact, I've basically missed all the new shows. The only TV I watch anymore is NCIS (as I've said before, we love it!) and Reaper (which I have to watch on DVR because it's on when I'm putting Erin to bed). I think Tuesday night is actually the best night for TV (for us anyway). NCIS (with Bones as a second channel) and House (if I'm out of Erin's room in time to catch it) - Reaper is on as the same time as House, but we DVR that.

It's a great show. DVR it? It's worth it! We DVR everything now. To hell with commercials, but ithas led to a VERY spoiled 3 year-old. If we are watching something live with Ella she keeps asking us to fast-forward and jus doesn't get that we cannot do that all of the time. :)
