Oneshot: His to Protect

Feb 09, 2008 23:04

“Do not worry, Edward. Bella is going to be alright,” said Carlisle, smiling.

Edward clenched his teeth and a feral expression appeared on his face. Bella had to be alright, he would not accept anything else. It was his fault that James had taken an interest in her and therefore, risking her life. He had known since the beginning that he should ( Read more... )

“Jasper would never do that to you and you know it, Edward,” Carlisle reprimanded, almost as if he was the one able to read minds and not him.

Carlisle is LOVE <3!

“Let her be there, let her be there,” he whispered to himself. I'm pretty sure I hadn't said that i loved that, I actually could picture Ed going all through the people thinking that, so anzious *o*!

All he wanted was Bella. His kind and naïve Bella… <3 Edward and his possesive issues lolz!

And my favourite of coruse is the ones that gives the tittle to this: "even when deep inside all he wanted to do was tear James apart for daring to touch what was his to protect."

You are right, probably this is one of my faves, I think you actually worte an excellent Edward, and the situation... I think you dealt with it so good! It doesn't matter if everythign was already read, even dialogue... (the last part I mean!) it was just so nice and interesting to read, and Edward feelings... god, i could picture it all! <3 ( ... )

LOL. I think Carlisle knows Ed so well... he reads him better.
Yeah, I can imagine that too LOL. He would push everyone (throwing everyone out the windows, even with his supernatural force! LOL)!

Well... you know drama is my thing. It doesn't matter Edward is complicated... at this standard situation "she-is-going-to-die-because-of-me",.. it's easy to write. He feels so much I love to write from his POV. And well... then you have Ed's details. Because in one part, he is so furious with Alice, but he still hugs her. And then, he doesn't say thanks, but he does in his strange way. He is *O*!

The most interesting and essential part of characters are their feelings, and I focus on that. That way, when you get their feelings right, it's easy to get their reactions and words right too.

It's not possible =P You have reached the limit of envy for this type of user. You have to update (30 dollars) your user to widen your envy!

He's the one that "created" him, and the one that "teachs" him... is after all like a father, right?

Yeah, drama is your thing (*envious ._.* lolz). Ow, yeah, Ed is like this... *o* and you did put that so well, like you explain there (cause I'm too lazy to write it again LOL!)

Yeah, I know you are right, but sometimes that's the most difficult part, right? Getting them right so that everything just comes out *shrugs*

Bleh... 30 dollars it is too much... but I'm pretty sure it can grow (as much as your ego lol... son directamente proporcionales xD -didn't know how to put that in english lol-!)

Yeah, a father ^^! But a very very close relationship (because being a father doesn't mean you know everything about your child), those of... companionship? XD.

Ed is too much drama LOL, he's the drama king.

Yeah, sometimes it's rather difficult. For example, I don't think I would be able to write from Rosalie's POV, because, even when I get some of her feelings, I don't fully understand her ways of handling them. So, I don't get her reactions.

They are directly proportionated? they depended on each other? XD. I would think so LOL. A friend of mine brought me a present from Mardel.. what did she buy? A necklace with a B in fake silver! Why does everyone bring me "B"s? I'll start asking for the other letters, so that I get my name in one necklace from different people XD I'm that much self-centered? LOL.

Oooh I thoroughly enjoyed reading this.

I personally MUCH prefer 3rd person fics and you wrote this little Twilight scene so well in it. The characters were perfect, and the Edward thought...train was just marvellous!

Loved it!

Thank you! I prefer to write 3rd person too... it gives another perspective to the writing. 1st person is... vain LOL. And Edward.. he almost comes naturally to me, maybe because we are so similar in personality. I had so much fun writing this, especially the first part, and I'm glad you enjoyed it as much. Thank you for commenting and taking your time to read this!
