Running good
Well I don't have data for today's run because I am away from my home computer and have no way to hook up the garmin. Best I get tell I did 3.1 miles in about 44 minutes which is right at a 14 minute pace. I just ran tonight without intervals. Ran as much as I could and walked when I needed too
