the people living below us vacuum.  constantly.  i swear.  it might be bec they have cats.  it might be bec one of them has ocd, or something.  or it might be a consequence of their drug use, which could possibly tie in with the ocd theory.  in any event, it's kinda annoying.

re: the drug use.  apparently the neighbor downstairs was arrested
