so i was thinking about clarifying my job and a full description.... but, like, i thought about it and i think it'd be too complicated and drawn out. so.... no. just understand that i work for two agencies doing one job: bayac americorps and the chinatown beacon center. my job: running a lunch time program, facilitating/monitoring another lunch ( Read more... )

I was sexually harrassed by a very large man in a crowded bus before. I felt powerless. :( I am really glad you made it out of there unhurt. It could have been worse. It's dangerous times, for real.

wow really? that's awful, especially since it's the kind of thing lots of people would ignore... it's tough pretending not to notice a physical attack.

i actually thought of you a couple days ago... it takes me 45-60 minutes to get to work by muni, i can't imagine doing that plus bart to go to school. i love public transportation and all, but more than an hour at a time is killer. you're amazing to do it for four years!

I'm not that amazing! I did it for one year! (I did do it every summer and winter vacation, when UC Extension was slaving me.)
