I'm not very good at kicking myself, or holding back the (to me) natural response. I can also be very impatient to restate the bloody obvious, and skip too easily to the end (I've been told "don't understand me so quickly" and "do you have to smile ALL the time?").
Under the right circumstances, I can do really well as part of a London based team, but when it goes bad, oh boy, it goes bad quickly...
In fact, it sounds much like Denver - relaxed (especially now that marijuana is legal here). Maybe not that we're brought up to talk to strangers but it's pretty natural. Of course, a lot of Coloradans weren't born here - there are a ton of us from the midwest (fly-over country) who have settled here. But it's way more informal than, say, the East Coast mentality.
It's maybe not so "witty" here, though. I will definitely go "up north" if I can someday.
