I loved how touchy-feely he was. Not only did he give a reassuring tap to Jimmy Fallon's arm with his fingertips, but he gave hugs to and briefly squeezed hands with Mireille (lucky woman!). I don't think I've seen him hold hands with anyone before, and it was so sweet.
small world isn't it? Mireille and him had their own lil reunion. That was so cute! At the end they embraced again. How cute! Did you think he had a bit of a 'tude' during Pictionary? I thought the whole thing was cute and fun. :)
I loved his affectionate behavior so much. :) When I noticed the hand-clasp and his warm spontaneous hug for Mireille at the end, I was totally aww. <3 (And lucky her!)
I think I've certainly seen him hold Kaley's hand, before. Most memorably, on the Golden Globes stage.
'tude is slang for "attitude", as in "Was Jim being difficult, overly competitive or being rude". I thought he was demonstrating his competitive side, which he has mentioned having previously in interviews, but I didn't think it was too much. He was being intense, focused, but not rude.
So cute -- you could tell he was a little keyed up and nervous in wanting to win, and then when he did, it was like watching a little kid jump for joy.
On re-watching this: did anyone else notice how Jim whispered to himself "I feel so anxious" as they started the last round of the Pictionary game? He is so keyed up that he says this sotto voce, barely audibly. No wonder he leaps to his feet in joy when he guesses the right answer! So cute...
Oh, yes! Absolutely. He does become quite Sheldonesque in his focus and degree of nervous tension. But it's still just very funny and endearing to see, not rude (you can tell from the audience reactions) - and then the way he glows in pure joy when he wins, and rushes to awkwardly hug the boy.. that was enough to melt anyone. <3
I noticed the 'I feel the anxious' too, it certainly wasn't put-on. Nothing about him is.
