Instead of working on my take home exam, I decided to finish writing this even if I don't think it's as good as the other one. However, I wrote 800 word in one sitting! Woot! Wait a minute. Does this mean I have to go back to working on my many works in progress?

I love the title.
I love the flow of yr ficlet, the descriptions, the feeling that it gives me.
Why! I believe this is yr best Roy/Riza ficlet! It surpasses yr previous works, IMHO. Only I wasn't very satistified with the ending; it left me a bit hanging in the air like...

Heh. Heh. Heh. Yeah, pretty much! I was thinking about adding an extra section where Roy actually shows up at her door since the italics were supposed to be the 'action' later on in the night, but I'm debating on whether or not I should just leave the ambiguity.

i totally LOVE this fic. :) very romantic and very royai even though it only revolved around riza. ;) i especially liked the italicized inserts of riza's throughts throughout the whole story; they gave the fic a bit more character and strength. ^____^

and riza wanting to go ballistic and kill that other woman was hillarious. (and spot on!) you totally got riza's personality down pat. :D

edit: and i LOVE the revision. ^____^ nice to see roy making some effort with riza. :)

it's certainly interesting to see that roy and his crew are making his dates into an "operation"-like thing; how each girl turns into a "mission". ^___^ and how havoc gets to bring home the girl afterwards. :) hahahahah, no complaints from him, eh?

Thank-you! I admit to having fun writing these which I hadn't felt in a while with my other writings due to real life getting in the way. It's a nice feeling having low-stress stand-alone one-shots to work on to rework myself into a writing mode.

Aw, thank-you! Although, I have a tiny secret to share. All 7 of these fics are supposed to be on the lusty side of things because I was in the mood for smut a few weeks ago and couldn't find any decent ones! Then I took up this claim and made it my personal challenge to work on my 'smut with plot' writing skills.

If you haven't read the ones by lady_sinistra you should hunt those down on aff.net. You and her actually have the same talents of sweeping your readers into the story (while writing some damn fine smut). She has sadly moved on from the royai community and on to other series (bleach).

I'm glad to see some quality writers for this couple though. I had gotten burnt out a bit on the fandom and have just now come back into the fold and have been appalled at how few good fics there are out there right now. :(

I'll have to go searching for them when the site goes back up. Thanks for the rec! As for burn-out, I can understand that completely. And the quality of fic is definitely less then stellar. Yet another reason that prompted me to write my own even if they might not be outstandingly good. Compared to most of the others though, they're a far cry better, I hope.
