Adventures in acupuncture

I have been having issues with my right wrist...diagnosed with carpel tunnel, of course. After I had allergic reactions to two meds my dr tried, I inquired about acupuncture as an alternative to surgery. I have a friend who is a vet and uses acupuncture also. She also studies and uses herbal medicines. Also her husband brews great beers/ales and more. I attended their handfasting too.

Please, is she taking more patients? I have wanted to try acupuncture for a long time, but kept chickening out. I have been waiting for a referral from someone I trust to someone they trust, and this looks like IT.
