I dislike the idea that her previous superhero-ing was due to her boy-chasing.

That stood out to me too, just made me think OH SO WAS ARTHUR ONE OF THOSE BOYS SHE WAS CHASING.

I think I only noticed it because a couple years ago I had sorta pirate-y boots, and that's what she was wearing (as she wore with her Spoiler costume).

I pretty much agree with everything here, especially the part about how it seems like Miller lives in my head in regard to
Steph <3.

I now have my own capslocky review, but nowhere near as cool and concise as yours. And DCWKA linked ya! Good job!
