That's really awesome! Like I told you in the email, I know Spoiler's guy-friend online (and yes, the costumes very accurate for early-era Spoiler) so it's so cool you guys met.

Ha, if I'd been there, I probably would have jumped up and down and yelled "I DO!" when he said people didn't like Steph as much anymore.

I'm glad you got your questions asked- I know how nerve wracking asking questions can be, and yeah, they are largely male.

Bat-cave, huh? That's interesting. And I'm glad there are plans for Cass.

Man, Bill Willingham is such a dick. I think I've heard that story on GW before, and I'm glad DD showed Bill up there- he deserved it, I don't care how tired he was of that question, that was just rude.

Anyway, glad you had a good time!

LOL, I was thinking: "Fabian Nicieza, that's on you, buddy. Tsk tsk."

And thanks! Hopefully I will have more exciting reports tomorrow!

It was fun! I'm really not very aware of the comic-con scene in the UK, but in the comment below, angelophile mentioned that there's one in Bristol?

Tck, apparently your question didn't quite sink in, but it's great you had the opportunity to ask it. Sounds like a good time all in all. Next year I'll have to actually book my tickets for the Bristol UK Comiccon before they sell out.

Well, tomorrow is the DC Conversation panel (or whatever it's called), where it's smaller and there's more opportunity to talk, so maybe I'll get a chance to emphasize that it again.

At any rate, the total cost is cheaper than if I'd bought it off of e-bay from someone in the US and then have to pay something ridiculous for shipping it to Canada.

My favorite thing about living in a border town - you can rent a post office across the river, and you've got your mailbox here, so yay cheap shipping.

Also, I am consistently frustrated by how nice a person Dan DiDio seems.

Ooh, that's clever.

Well, I get the sense that he has to be to some extent, because in my mind this type of thing is really a form of customer service, you know? He could be an asshole underneath for all we know, but he definitely gives the impression of being pretty nice and friendly for the most part.

Oh! Btw, I'll hopefully be able to post about it later, but today someone asked Didio about Connor Hawke, and he said there were plans for him down the road. He didn't really say anything specific, though.

AND I went to Darwyn Cooke's panel and he is my new favourite person.

Darwyn Cooke makes me more proud to be Canadian then anyone.

Diversity...hm...yeah, and Donna and Babs' presence would be much appreciated. I'm DYING to see Dick and Barbara co-ordinate in their new roles.

Hey, you've got more guts than a lot of us. Even if I did think up a good question, my articulation would probably suck.

I know, right? It seems like such an obvious move, and we have yet to see them really even talk about Batman's death.

I have no idea if I articulated myself well at all. I think I was just sort of loud and fast-talking, but I'm not really sure.

Hopefully it's because they're waiting for the right time to tell that story. I know Morrison is just interested in jumping right into the action. Winick's been doing stuff like that, but I don't really trust him.
