The new Batgirl comic is coming out this Wednesday.

You know what's funny? The fact that the biggest mystery in all this bat-business of late has been who will be Batgirl, not Batman. I am strongly mottoing your vote, and simply wish to add that I deny the blue-eye thing as any kind of reliable hint, given DC's habit of not keeign track of that sort of detail. Recently Babs' been going from green-eyed to blue-eyed, and Cass, according to some Secret Files (I think), is supposed to have green eyes, but I don't remember her ever having been drawn as such.

Which is all to say that the pyramids are lovely, if crumbling, thank you.

Sorry, got caught up in the moment. Dick wasn't even Nightwing for much longer after that...maybe that's Tim!Nightwing and Steph!Batgirl. No idea.

I'd be happy for either Steph or (preferably) Cass to be Batgirl (Cass' mini was just mean, having Bruce adopt her KNOWING he's about to be taken off the board). It'd be a huge step back for Babs and, honestly, I don't think Charlie's earned it yet. She's a fun character, but she still doesn't quite...get it...what it means to be a Bat and operate in Gotham.

Yes, it should, but it's about GURLZ so all they'll do is scratch each other, pull hair, and either wait for a man to settle things or finish it off with a pillow fight.

But seriously, this: (Cass' mini was just mean, having Bruce adopt her KNOWING he's about to be taken off the board) was ridiculous. It's also ridiculous that she may not even have a part of the bat-world after this.

I was so curious about Batgirl, but I couldn't buy the first issue. I just couldn't. Heck, I dropped Red Robin after one issue, I don't even know if I'd be able to get through Batgirl.
