Heheee!!! Omg.. that is so freakin' adorable. My p'let often does the raised wing thing a bit when he talks too and its painfully cute! We've got such cutie beebs! :D

I love it when they raise their wings like that! I call them "heart wings" because they look heart-shaped from the back. xD I want to eat him right up when he does them, but that would disturb the talking so I have to just watch and silently die of the cute. :P

(This is probably weird, but I actually know your parrotlet from Youtube! Haha. I think I've seen every parrotlet video that exists on there.)
