I love how Mumu is posing :) The head-rubbing pictures is really adorable <3 And I think the pictures came out really good, especially for your first time with a DSLR.

She's little miss photogenic. It's seriously impossible to take a bad photo of her! :P

Wow, I didn't know that parrotlets could get along with any other species! I guess it helps that 'tiels are generally so laid back.

Honestly, I didn't either! They became friends pretty fast, I think because they're both flock "outcasts" (neither of them get along very well with the rest of the birds).
Basically, he views her as a potential mate (he does the parrotlet "wiggle neck" at her occasionally) and she just exploits that to get her head rubbed whenever she wants. Tricksy little birds.

Wooow our p'let would never stand for that, she seems to hate birds. Also technology must die. Otherwise when we treat her like the proper human she is she is perfect :) GREAT pictures

I think we just got lucky and got a really laid-back parrotlet, lol. As "laid-back" as a parrotlet can get, anyway.

Your parrotlet hates technology too? I thought mine was just a weirdo! xD
