Veggie Mix - recipe and call for critique

Whenever I travel I board Kappa at the local parrot store where I originally bought her. The owner is a crotchety old woman who cares greatly about her birds, takes very good care of them, and often tells everyone else they're doing everything wrong. She has decided that I am feeding Kappa the Wrong Veggie Diet, specifically that I give Kappa too

Yeah, I'm surprised at the low cost. I spend around $30 on veggies and it feeds Kappa for around 2-3 months.

Glad to hear people don't think I'm poisoning Kappa. :) It's definitely sounding to me like there's a lot of "right" ways to do it.

I need to trek over to Whole Foods, we have on probably an hour or two away...I completely forgot about it
