I enjoyed this more than most episodes this year, although I'm withholding judgment until the final episode (which I hope to watch tonight, but may not be able to) as I fear with the Master stirred into the mix too the conclusion will be over-crowded, much as I like Sacha Dharwan's performance. Mind you, I think I was intrigued more by the intercutting of Brendan's story rather than by any of the plot threads in and of themselves, which is somewhat concerning. Still, after a series where I was largely uninterested in anything that happened, I'm glad to be looking forward to an episode again.
