My torn bits haven't shown any sign of healing up yet (the nurse insists it'll take a LONG time as dilation prevents proper granulation in that spot), but it's certainly showing no signs of getting worse, so that's good.  Dilation itself continues to be a pain in the ass (er, not there... you know what I mean), but I'm keeping to my schedule and am
