I walked out of my SoulCrusher's course on Friday out of general disgust at the concept of being asked to carry out for a third time a course which I've already done twice in the past year. It's not exactly the same course, of course, but it's more or less the same stuff, and I have no doubt that if I fail this one I'll be sent on it again some ( Read more... )

I'd suggest moving so you could give yourself a stimulus, but we've discussed that briefly before.

Seriously, though, Middlesbrough isn't the job-seeker's paradise of the United Kingdom.

As for short stories, no. I do not know of any suitable places. I also find it irritating.

I think the issue, as ever, is money. I suppose in theory I could apply for some kind of housing loan, but those things are like sausages - the more you know about how they're put together, the less you want to do with them. After a couple of months of this job, I really do have no faith whatsoever in the abilities of local government.

My favourite bit was the Mobility Centre. Something I hadn't planned for at all, and I honestly believe it's a perfect shot. Couldn't have planned it better. I'm really proud of that.

The title was Tim's reaction to listening to a particular track on the Go! Team's debut (and exceedingly Chris-friendly) album Thunder, Lightning, Strike. I couldn't answer him either.
