I don't know if it will make you feel better but you can actually buy M caps at Jamsil, near the entrance of lotte world. when you get off the jamsil subway station... and head towards lotte world..you'll see shops at the side selling all kinds of caps..they have M caps. they're real i think because of the tags. angel bought some last time.
