I'm sad about the end of the school year, too, and none of my friends understand why! I'm so bad at keeping in touch with people over the summer.

I'm sad because a lot of people I know are changing schools or going to university; I have a feeling that school is going to feel so empty without them!

It's good that you're happy, even if you don't hve much to write about. I sort of know how you feel on that one.

Thank you! He...this journal feels terribly monotonous sometimes...

i know how you feel. i'm going to miss everyone so much when i leave school; especially all those people who i completely get along with but we aren't great friends so its unlikely we'll keep in touch. i am going to cry a lot on our final day.

I've never been too sensitive over the last day of school, but I have a feeling that this year I'll be crying a lot. I still can't believe how fast this year went by!

don't you think turning 18 is something big? i guess the weight of some things is different to each person.

Oh, don't get me wrong! I'm very excited! I'm just trying to not overrate the fact of turning 18, thinking that my life will completely change for the better after it. I already have a lot of freedom right now at 17 (like the possibility of drinking alcohol in bars, going out at night,...) so I'm pretty happy in any case. :)

yeah, here is the same thing. with 18 or not you have the same freedom but still when you actually turn 18 is something totally different. i'm 19 now and i can't even imagine how is gonna be when i'll turn 20 or 21. is gonna be scary and exciting and i think is the same feeling you have about turning 18.
