[ Madara's about as unlikely to admit it as Sasuke is, but he's just as nervous, albeit for different reasons. His entire paradigm for how the world should function has been attacked over the past few days, and so far he doesn't have a clue why. For a while he was satisfied enough to believe that the rest of the world was under a genjutsu accomplished by someone else's completing his Moon's Eye Plan, and for most of the strange phenomena he'd heard about, that still held true.

But as an Uchiha--with the Eternal Mangekyou Sharingan, no less--Madara himself shouldn't be under the genjutsu. So how was it that he'd heard Itachi's voice over the communicator? Itachi, a dead man?

However, he wasn't likely to get to the bottom of this without figuring out what was going on with the moon. So he set his worries aside. He had business to attend to.

And here's Sasuke. Madara leaps down from an outcropping he'd been sitting on, so he's on level ground with his minion descendant. ] I've been waiting.
