[It's free time night! Meaning, campers are done doing their activities for today and it's time for them to hang out with their buddies, call home on their families, go ahead and crash early, or just whatever.]
[For once, Maka is NOT in her cabin reading. She decided to join some other campers by the campfire and just enjoy the night sky.]
[Kid finally gave into the incessant complaints that is was 'free time' now and they could practice later! These children, so few of them had proper work ethic. Still, by that time it was getting late and Kid had spent a good deal of the day trying to make a proper meal on the fires. All and all it had been eventful and tiring.
Perfection was exhausting.
He was about to find wherever the hell he was crashing when he noticed a very distinct set of pigtails by the fire. It was still just a bit novel, being able to see his friends after all that had happened, first Noah, then the world's destruction.
He smiles, walking over to the campfire.] My my, Maka Albarn in the great outdoors rather than in her cabin. This is quite shocking. [He says, hands in his pockets as he smiles over at her.]
