Since the photographer wants YOU to dress up for HIM then HE should supply the outfit. Since when are you funding other people's projects? It does not sound very fair.

I made that costume literally 2 weeks ago for someone. I've already got a pattern, if you end up with some funding from the photographer let me know. : )
