NaNo has pretty much eaten my brain this year. I've been looking forward to it for awhile and, now that it's almost here, I can't wait to start writing. I've got an awesome new software package that's helping me outline and write (Scrivener, if you haven't seen my pimp posts about it), I know the story backwards and forwards, so I won't have any trouble figuring out what to write and I'm psyched to start it. Is it 1 November yet? Of course, I've also wasted stupidly huge amounts of time doing "research" to find models for various characters. Yeah, it was just an excuse to look at pretty people. ;)

Good luck with NaNo! I've done it for a few years now, and always manage to fail, haha. Still, it helps me to write more than I would have, so hopefully it'll work the same way for you, too (minus the failure)!
