Hello LJ, been a long time. Not much going on except for work, work, and more work, and yet more work. Am doing minimal writing, because I have other things on my mind. I'll get back to it though - my space opera is coming along, and I have a couple of other things going on, but mostly for fun, which is what I need right now ( Read more... )

omg bodypump!!! I love love love that program. So much. They offer it at my gym (it's the exact same one too- through LMI) and I can tell you, when I added it in twice a week? The scale moved for the first time in weeks. Amazing.

Oh yeah, good to hear! Yes! I understand it has been around for ages but only just recently teamed up with beachbody.com to do it at-home. I kinda cheered when I was done with the first session. Weights are fun for some reason!

In time I would love to get fit enough to go in person - it came with a free week at 24 Hour Fitness so yeah. Nice goal to have.

I like how easy it is to modify for the bum knee and they have the one person who is doing it 'easy' so you can start off like that. The only thing I can't do is actually kneel on my knees - no no no - but standing works for those exercises. Or maybe sitting on a chair? I will have to think about that.

Am going by Academy on the way home to get some 2.5 wimpy weights. :)
