I've not been much in the mood for posting, lately. It certainly isn't due to lack of time...it is just being on twitter, and in a couple of email groups, I tend to spread whatever news I have through those means rather than here. Because that bastard who fired me for the stupidest reasons on earth (making personal copies, and this was AFTER I checked with someone, the wrong someone apparently, to make sure it was okay--for my daughter's internship at Samaritan House here in Fort Worth...and I got fired for it a full six weeks later...reaching much?) will likely make sure that I have to. I am prepared though. Likely will have to get a hearing with am arbitrator.

Basically, I was fired over politics, and I know it. This new guy came in last April and destroyed all the good things about my work--six people from the office I worked in were fired, and I should've known when my beloved boss, who is a good friend, was fired that it was just a matter of time.

I am glad to be gone, the company I loved no longer exists, all the people I cared about are no longer there. But, we meet often for lunch. :) I was there 9.5 years.

I come from a blue-jean environment... I have NO CLOTHES. NONE. NADA. Last time I dressed up for work, I weighed 72 lbs. more, and had big boobs. All that is gone now. LOL. So it should be fun to go shopping, right? That is what my daughter tells me, anyway.

I have 4 or 5 suits already. I like clothes shopping and bargain hunting, what can I say? It's like some quest to make my built-in wardrobe explode =D
