Unfortunately, this may make him able to pop up in random places...maybe even in threads ( that is open), in your room ( if given permission) and possibly invading your personal space. This post is to let you know what he is capable of and for you to allow him access (poor souls). Also

Though he could still talk to Tsukasa. |D He's just very prone to startling.
